Dry needling, taught as a decision
The Pentamodal Method™ is Sue Falsone's own framework for deciding where, why and how to needle. It runs on five questions rather than a point chart. Nobody else teaches it, because nobody else has it.
The rest of your caseload
The library also covers pain management, the myofascial system, performance and recovery, and the modalities around them. Four bundles sit inside the library, and one membership opens all of them.
Your renewal year, handled
The online library carries more than 125 CEUs, and every accredited course lists its own CEU value, so you can add up your year before you spend anything.
One pass. Everything we teach online.
The library is organized into four bundles, and each one is $249.99 a year. All four bought separately come to $999.96. The All Access Membership is $479 and includes every one of them, plus every new course released while you are a member. That is less than the price of any two bundles.

Who built this
Sue Falsone built this.
She was the first woman to serve as head athletic trainer in any of the four major U.S. professional sports leagues: MLB, NFL, NBA and NHL.
She spent six years with the Los Angeles Dodgers, two of them as head athletic trainer and physical therapist, and three seasons with the Houston Texans as Director of Movement and Return to Performance. She has worked with the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team, and she is back with the Dodgers now as their Senior Advisor for Return to Performance.
She created the Pentamodal Method™, the reasoning framework behind how dry needling is taught in this library. Nobody else teaches it, because nobody else has it.
Why these courses feel different than the last one you took
01
Technique, and the thinking behind it
We teach the technique. We also teach you how to decide when to reach for it, on which patient, and why. That reasoning is the part that carries to the next patient, and the one after that.
02
Instructors we picked by hand
Our faculty is handpicked, and they are still treating patients on the days they are not teaching. The cases they teach from are current ones.
03
Not videos you hit play on
Courses run as modules and lessons, with assigned reading from published research and checks on what you took from them. You are actually involved, actively learning, and participating.
